Schools and colleges are usually supported by phone, Fax, Email and by the following means:

  1. Questions regarding the use of the software are answered on training, by phone and by return email.
  2. Problems with data are also resolved.  The school may send its data files with email or in person, so that specific problems can be addressed by BBA software.
  3. Errors or hardware related problems are resolved by a SchoolWrite-diagnostic which the school is asked to send.  The diagnostic gives details of the user’s hard disk and operating system environment – enough for us to recommend a course of action.
  4. Additional programs are tailored to your exact needs.
