When marks and comments have been entered, they are uploaded back to the main school computer. When all uploads are complete, Report Cards may be printed.  The mark entry grid control report shows the teachers who have not returned their marks into the main system as well as those who have finished.  This is a very good administrative tool.

ReportWrite downloads may also be prepared for non-teaching staff, to enter their comments (Warden, Year coordinator, Head teacher, principal, etc). From start to end, the process adds professionalism to a school and teachers get more time to attend to students.
