SchoolWrite data can be directly published on the Internet.  Users can also use their familiar web browser to view/print students’ and teachers’ records including timetables and enrolment statistics.  Printouts and listings are easily selected from menus.  Students may be listed by age.  Class lists allow for composite classes – Students may belong to a given stream but attend a specific subject with another stream.  Sports house lists are also available for printing and on-screen display as well.  Academic reports show marks, assessments, grades and teachers' comments.

Graphs of absenteeism help pinpoint problem areas, while graphs of student numbers help to get an even spread within houses.

Promotion of students to new classes at the end of the year is an automatic process, whereas students may be allocated to user-defined categories e.g. Wildlife Club, etc.
