Billing of school fees and charges is made so easy and the school cash flow increases through simple and accurate accounting.

The Parents module interfaces with the General Ledger so that entries are made only once to reduce the workload, minimise errors and maximise accuracy.

Income may be split to give separate receipts for fees and other payables to the school (e.g. donation fund, building fund, etc).  Some of such payments are not included in the parents balance because they may be voluntary.  There is an option to charge interest on overdue fees, calculated automatically.  Follow-up of overdue accounts are made so easy with selective printouts.  More than 10 family listings and printouts are available from menus.
