User-friendly software

The software is ‘menu-driven’.  Menus and helpful prompts on the screen make it extremely easy to use.  Extra modules may be added progressively as needs arise, without having to learn different systems.

On-line multi-user software

Terminals (Visual Display Units (VDU’s)) may be placed strategically around your school to meet your specific workload and reporting needs.  Authorized users have immediate access at any terminal to the most up-to-date information available. Any amendments made on one terminal are immediately available to all users – in case of a network, ensuring the highest degree of accuracy is maintained.

Office automation

All the features of modern day Office Automation are available.  These include word processing, use of a database, and spreadsheet, all of which can be accessed from any terminal on the system.
